Dec.7th 2008 7lbs 4 oz. 21 1/2 inches long.
It has been a very tiring day so that is it for now. I'll update you all.

Happy Birthday Mom

I wanted to wish my mom a very happy birthday and thank you for always being there.

December 1st is her special day. I was really hoping that my son Erik would be born 7days early just to honor that day for her. Our road hasn't always been smooth or pleasant but I am glad that now we are like the best of friends. We call eachother on a daily basis,just to talk about our day.Weather the dogs she'd groomed that day made her laugh or.... cry. Dealing with a teenager on a the regular has it's challenges and joys. Sometimes I call her to talk about the way Amber has said or done something to make me want to laugh outloud or ring her little neck.lol Maybe Kirah in her ever growing need to be independent has givin me a reason to share a proud moment or again a reason to ring her little neck..lol We are there for eachother through the good times and the bad.
Thinking back to a most heart wrenching time was the loss of my 2 pregnancies both at 15 weeks along.She didn't think twice about dropping everything she was involved with both times, to drive the 5 long hours to be with me and my family.I think she would have stayed forever if I had need it.I could tell her heart broke.... just as mind had. The heart of a mother is the heart of her daughter,she showed that to me.
Her desire for me and my family to be happy has been shown in many ways. Weather it is coming to visit,the phone calls,or the packages in the mail,(which we all love)lol
We appreciate her and love her very much.
There isn't enough computer space to write all the ways she has been there for me and how special she is.
Have a happy birthday mom I love you.......

Erik's New Room

This was the spare room filled with a mish mosh of un matching odds and ends. I finally got it finished and the animals on the wall match his crib set!!!!! Isn't it cute

We celebrated with Bobchi,altho she isn't looking to well these days. But he kids had fun Selena loved her dress up cloths from her Auntie(me)LOL. Love em' to peices.

"Kitty" is his name!

The birds name is Kitty and we have had him about 5 days. At first we couldn't pet him,but I have been working with him and following some instructions I found on line on how to tame a Parakeet.He is now eating out of my hand and I can pet him and so can the girls. Altho Kirah is way freaked out if the bird moves in any way shape or form... Amber on the other hand.... likes it alot.

The stroller/car seat in one, was a gift from Grandma Alice and Grandpa George!! We love it and thank them very much for it. Sitting inside the stroller is an awsome toy that my mom got the baby.It is a seahorse that plays the softest music to the gentle sounds of bubbles and the ocean, also the belly has a night light. My friend Ashley has one for her baby and he loves,loves,loves it and falls asleep with it.My Mom also has purchased this really cute rattle set and baby's first christmas outfit! I can't wait to put it on him. Well I am 35 weeks along.........not much longer peeps.

A Fiesta!!!

This is my friend Helza and her baby girl Sylvia.I have been friends with her ever sice she moved here from Peru about 11-12 years ago. Helza and her husband Lane came in from out of town to celebrate Sylvia's 1st Birthday on Sunday with family and friends. Nancy's house was where the party was held. Who is Nancy you ask..... Nancy and I hooked up Helza and Lane(Nancy's stepson)about 8? years ago?I think that long. Also......
Nancy is a long time friend,and former babysitter of Kirah. She was a Godsend in a time of need.

Saturday

Amber and Kirah both won 1st place ! Amber is a level 5 this year in the 8 and 9 year old group. Kirah is in level 9 in the 11 and up group.It was an encouraging first meet with the new gym and coaches.We'll see how the season progresses! Will keep you updated as the meets come up.

B.O.S.S. Award

October 15th
Kirah and a 26 fellow class mates were chosen out of the entire 5-8 grade for this Award. It stands for B-reakfast for O-utstanding S-tudent S-uccess.
She recieved this award last year also and again it will be in the news paper.We are very proud of her achievment and we know she'll keep it up.They don't just recognise the children for good grades,it also includes having a good attitude, being a good exsample to others, being a helper,and other things are factored in.

Our Disney vacation 2008

This troll statue is in Norway at epcot,after a short boat ride into the past they lead you to the gift shop with this dude in it.

Amber and I were waiting at downtown disney for kirah and Brittany to come back from somewhere and wayne from somewhere else. Amber was using her time entertaining herself.


At downtown disney we were in front of an art store and Britt found the only cruella we had seen that whole week.Amber copied the sea witch.

This was a feeling good morning for me.That is because I hadn't started walking yet!!
So every morning I guess started out good. Altho I was in a wheel chair mostly every day. When I didn't do one, I suffered. Well altho 7 months prego-nant in this pick,I haven't gained that much weight.I thought I gained about 40 lbs on vacation turns out I gained 2.
Well TTFN for now I'll update again when I get the other pictures off Kirah's Camera.

Amber's birthday is the 12th for all that don't know...she'll be 8. We already had her party for her this past Saturday and here are the pictures of the kids and Amber. It was a rollerskating party and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. It was very nice! Had 17 kids attend,had about 7 kids at the house after the party then 4 slept over Saturday,oh and 3 slept over friday,and Sunday had 2 back over to hang out.UGH&&*^$#@$$. I was exsausted and come Monday I slept the day away.Good thing I had no houses to clean that day.
